An Experienced & Trusted Care Partner

Natalie launched her concierge practice over 20 years ago, guiding families through addiction and mental health crises as a credentialed substance abuse counselor and life coach. Her practice focuses on offering adolescents and their families practical guidance through evidence-based group counseling, transformative family interventions, and one-on-one coaching.

She addresses a wide range of issues including addiction, mental health conditions such as depression and severe anxiety, challenges related to divorce or separation, alcoholism, substance abuse, parenting difficulties, and executive functioning disorders. Her clients appreciate the holistic family approach, which works not only with the individual but also with their loved ones to ensure long-lasting results. Most plans include goal mapping and daily check-ins for accountability and follow-through. Common goals include pursuing academic degrees, improving academic performance, finding and keeping new jobs, and meeting new friends through sober activities.

A High-Touch & Integrated Approach to Care

Natalie works alongside a care team of medical professionals, filling in the gaps to provide seamless support for families 24/7—because crisis does not operate from 9 to 5.
She began her concierge practice by working closely with leading neurologist and addiction specialist Dr. Jeffrey Kutcher, who recognized the critical need for continuous, high-touch care to help patients navigate the complexities of recovery and ensure no family is left without support during their journey.
A key aspect of Natalie’s work is patient care coordination, where she collaborates closely with clients’ existing providers to deliver a comprehensive, 360-degree approach to care. She connects clients with her trusted network of health professionals, ensuring they have timely access to the right support as their needs change. If a client requires a specialist outside her network, Natalie takes on the responsibility of researching, identifying the best options, coordinating with insurance for coverage, and arranging appointments. This hands-on, personalized approach helps families achieve lasting results through integrated, coordinated care.
